Sandy is the Licensed Servicing Assistant and Office Manager at Monarch Financial Group’s Garnavillo office, where she has been a cornerstone of client service for over 15 years. Known for her reliability and welcoming presence, Sandy plays a vital role in ensuring that both our clients and office operations receive the highest level of attention and care. She specializes in new business onboarding, account service work, and day-to-day office management—helping clients navigate paperwork, answer questions, and feel confident in their financial journey.
Outside the office, Sandy enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hiking in Yellow River State Forest, making memories with her husband and grandkids, and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.
Bobbi Baxter
Investment Operations Associate (Decorah Location)
Bobbi serves as the Investment Operations Associate at Monarch Financial Group, supporting the day-to-day operations that help clients stay on track toward their financial goals. She works closely with advisors and clients to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience. With more than 10 years of experience in the banking industry, Bobbi brings a strong foundation in client service, financial operations, and relationship management. With that, her dedication to providing exceptional service helps create the personalized experience that Monarch Financial Group strives to deliver.
Outside of the office, Bobbi enjoys spending time with her two children on their family's farm. She is also actively involved in the agricultural community through FFA and volunteering her time at the Allamakee County Fair, supporting local youth and agricultural education initiatives.

Ethan serves as the Marketing and Client Relations Manager Intern at Monarch Financial Group. He supports the development of brand communication, digital engagement, and client outreach efforts to help ensure an exceptional experience for every client interaction. With a focus on meaningful connections and clear communication, Ethan helps Monarch grow its community presence while adding valuable personability to every client interaction.
